Terms of use

EVE Online Industry Calc is a free fan-made planning tool. It is not a game client, not a broker, and not an automated trader. ESI cannot place market orders or open Multibuy for you.

Not CCP

EVE Online Industry Calc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CCP hf. EVE Online and related marks are trademarks of CCP hf. Use of ESI is subject to CCP’s developer terms. Profit and cost figures are estimates for planning only — we give no warranty that they match in-game outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse ESI rate limits, scrape the service, attempt to access other players’ accounts, or use the hub to break CCP’s rules. We may disable accounts that harm the service or other users.

Your tokens

You grant the scopes listed during EVE SSO. You can revoke the application from EVE account management. The hub does not create, accept, or bid on contracts, and does not place market orders.

Liability

The software is provided as-is. Grant Visser (Grumpy Git) is not liable for lost ISK, missed jobs, or downtime. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
