How the EVE Online industry calculator works
EVE Online Industry Calc (EVECalc) is a free browser app for planning EVE Online manufacturing. You sign in with your character, price a job against live market orders, and leave with a shopping list. There is no subscription.
New to EVE Online
EVE Online is the #1 free space MMORPG. It is a free-to-play sandbox set in New Eden, where you choose your own path: exploration, immense PvE and PvP battles, mining, trade, and industry. Every pilot shares one single-shard server. More than 7,000 solar systems make up that universe, and the history of New Eden is written by the players. Every decision you make, battle you win, and system you claim becomes part of it.
Industry is how New Eden builds what it flies and fights with. Blueprints turn minerals and components into ships, modules and ammunition. Material efficiency changes how many materials a job consumes, and the player market sets the price of both the materials and the finished goods. This site exists so you can price that plan, with live orders and the stock you already hold, before you spend the ISK.

A pilot who already plays can use the same link for those skill points, if they have not already redeemed an invite elsewhere.
Multi-blueprint calculator
This is the main tool. Select many blueprints, set the runs, and the materials fold into one plan. Identical copies group together. Prices come from live orders at a trade hub, or at a station or structure the character can use. The result includes material cost, job install ISK, sales tax from the Accounting skill, and projected profit. Facility bonuses apply when you pick a manufacturing structure. A blank structure tax is treated as 0%. NPC stations stay at the usual 0.25% tax.
Turn on owned materials and the stock you already hold comes off the buy list. You can skip a hangar or an item type; those choices stay on the character. Asset Safety stacks stay excluded, because that stock cannot be used for industry. If the character is missing a manufacture skill, or an Omega skill is inactive on an Alpha clone, the row warns you. The warning does not change the ISK maths.
Single blueprint calculator
Cost one published blueprint from the SDE. Set runs, ME and TE, pick the facility, and see materials, job install and profit at the place you sell. It uses the same pricing rules as the multi-blueprint plan.
Profitability research
Research scans published manufacturing recipes, not only the blueprints you own. Filter first, then rank up to 100 recipes by profit or margin. The scan also stops at 100 unique market types. You can optionally spread the blueprint's own price across the runs you plan. Shopping for a researched item opens in the single blueprint calculator.
Inventory from ESI
Sync pulls blueprints, assets, skills and wallet from EVE. A director or CEO can also load corporation hangars. Nothing from the corporation is included until those hangars are ticked, and personal stock stays as it was. Alpha clones choose buys and sells from the trade hubs plus their own NPC stations. Omega clones can search other stations and structures.
Shopping list
The list is what you still need to buy after owned stock is deducted, plus where the rest sits in your hangars. Copy the multibuy string and paste it into the in-game market window. The site cannot open that window for you.
Still in development
Read-only contracts are the next piece of work: a way to see contracts you already hold, starting with honesty about materials you own. ESI cannot create, accept or bid on a contract, so the calculator will not pretend it can. Job duration and time efficiency are not in the profit figure yet. What has already shipped is on the changelog.
Questions
Is EVECalc free?
Yes. EVE Online Industry Calc is a free browser app. There is no subscription and no paid tier.
Do I need an Omega clone?
No. Alpha and Omega clones can both sign in and run the calculators. An Alpha clone prices buys and sells at the trade hubs plus that character's own NPC stations. An Omega clone can also search other stations and structures.
What character data do you store?
You sign in with EVE Online SSO. The hub stores encrypted ESI tokens plus the character, skills, assets, blueprints and wallet it needs to plan jobs. The Privacy page lists this in full. The data is not sold.
Can the calculator buy the materials for me?
No. The shopping list copies a multibuy string you paste into the in-game market window. ESI cannot place market orders or open Multibuy, and this site cannot create, accept or bid on contracts.
What is still being built?
Read-only contract lists are next, so a plan can see contracts you already have. Creating or accepting contracts stays outside what ESI allows. Job duration is not part of the profit figure today.
